Your changer is professionally serviced, cleaned, inspected, and repaired before being returned. Every unit is verified for proper disc loading, disc unloading, slot indexing, carousel rotation, laser operation, disc reading, changer communication, and overall functionality prior to shipment back to you.

Compatibility

• Series II changers are compatible only with Series II systems.
• Series III and Series IV changers may be used interchangeably between Series III and Series IV systems.
• Please verify your changer version before ordering.

How It Works

2. Ship your 3-disc changer to Heritage Sound Works.
3. Your changer is inspected, repaired, cleaned, and tested.
4. We return your original changer to you.
5. Typical turnaround time is 3–5 business days after receipt.

Commercial Repair Policy

Commercial repair orders are limited to 5 changers per order unless prior arrangements have been made with Heritage Sound Works.
