Browse the catalog or email us at heritagesoundworksllc@gmail.com and we'll find the right unit for you. We'll quote the price plus a refundable core deposit before you check out.

Order online or by email

Pay with any credit card or debit card. You'll get a confirmation email and a real human will reach out the same day.

We pack and ship your working unit

Each unit is tested, cleaned, and packed in a sturdy double-walled box. A prepaid return label is taped inside the lid.

Make the Exchange at your front door

Put your broken unit in the same box. Stick the prepaid label on top. Schedule a pickup or drop it off — no trip required.

Get your core deposit refunded

The day your unit arrives back at our shop, we refund the core deposit to the same card you used. You'll see it in 3–5 business days.
