90-day limited warranty
Heritage Sound Works LLC warrants every replacement part we ship — CD drive, control board, 3-disc changer, and motherboard package — to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of delivery, when installed in the Bose Wave system model it was sold for.
What's covered
- The part fails to power on or function as described.
- The part develops a fault during normal household use within the 90-day period.
- Manufacturing or workmanship defects in the rebuilt unit.
What's NOT covered
- Physical damage caused by drops, impacts, liquid, or power surges.
- Damage caused by incorrect installation, modification, or use of incompatible components.
- Faults caused by an unrelated, pre-existing failure elsewhere in your Bose Wave unit.
- Cosmetic wear that does not affect function.
- Loss of use of your Bose Wave system or any other incidental or consequential damages.
How to make a warranty claim
- Email heritagesoundworksllc@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the problem.
- We'll reply within one business day with troubleshooting steps and, if needed, a prepaid return label.
- Once we receive the part and confirm the defect, we will repair or replace it at our option, or refund the product price (excluding the core deposit, which is handled separately) if a replacement is not available.
- Return shipping for valid warranty claims is on us.
Wholesale and business accounts
The same 90-day warranty applies to wholesale orders placed with the STEREOADVICE coupon. Bulk warranty claims may be handled as a single batch — please contact us to coordinate.
Limitations
This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy and replaces all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
