- Core return tracking: the serial number and condition of the Bose Wave unit you return for core deposit refund.

- Website usage: basic logs (IP, browser type, pages viewed) for security and site performance.
How we use it
- To fulfill, ship, and support your exchange order.
- To process refundable core deposits once your returned unit is received.
- To respond to quote requests and warranty claims.
- To send order confirmations, shipping notifications, and required service messages.
- To prevent fraud and comply with applicable law.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share only what is necessary with:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- USPS, UPS, FedEx — shipping and return labels.
