Where we ship

We ship throughout the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses. International orders are accepted by quote only — please email us first.

Processing time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday, normally ship the same business day. Orders placed after that, on weekends, or on US holidays ship the next business day.

Shipping methods and cost

  • USPS Priority Mail (standard) — typically 2 to 4 business days. Flat-rate shipping is included in the listed product price for the contiguous United States.
  • USPS Priority Mail Express (rush) — available on request before checkout. Additional cost quoted by email.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO orders may take longer and may require a small surcharge; we'll contact you before charging anything extra.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your label is created. If you don't receive it within 1 business day of your order, please email us.

Returning your core (exchange items only)

CD Drive and Control Board orders include a prepaid USPS return label inside the box. After you install your replacement:

  1. Place the original defective part inside the same box your replacement arrived in.
  2. Affix the prepaid return label over the original shipping label.
  3. Drop the box at any USPS location or schedule a free pickup at usps.com.
  4. You must return the core within 30 days of receiving your replacement.

Once we receive and inspect your core, your refundable core deposit is refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days. The Motherboard Package requires no core return.

3-Disc Changer Repair Service

The Bose Wave 3-Disc Changer Repair Service is a repair service, not an exchange. Customers send their changer to us first. No replacement changer is shipped in advance, and no core deposit is required. We inspect, repair, clean, and test your unit, then return your original changer to you. Typical turnaround is 3–5 business days after receipt.

Refunds and cancellations

  • Before shipping: contact us right away and we'll cancel and fully refund your order.
  • After delivery, unopened: return within 14 days for a refund of the product price. Customer pays return shipping. The core deposit is refunded normally when no exchange is needed.
  • Defective on arrival (DOA): email us within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement and a prepaid return label for the defective unit.

Lost or damaged shipments

All shipments include carrier insurance. If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, email us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with photos (for damage) and we will file the claim and reship at no cost to you.
