Instead of waiting for us to receive, inspect, and repair your original unit, we ship a professionally serviced replacement unit first. Once your replacement arrives and is installed, simply return your original core using the prepaid return label included with your order.
How It Works
- Place your exchange order.
- We ship your replacement unit first.
- Install your replacement unit and confirm everything is working properly.
- Pack your original core using the provided packaging materials.
- Attach the prepaid return shipping label.
- Return your original core to Heritage Sound Works.
- Once your core is received, your refundable core deposit is refunded in full.
What Is a Core Deposit?
A core deposit is a temporary refundable deposit collected on exchange orders.
The deposit helps ensure that original units are returned to inventory so they can be professionally rebuilt and made available for future customers.
The core deposit is NOT:
- A repair fee
- A restocking fee
- An additional charge that you lose
